You can, but only if:

• Court proceedings have started, or;

• There is a Conflict of Interest.

In such cases, the cover is limited to either the Standard Advisers’ Costs or the amount allowed under the Civil Procedure Fixed Recoverable Costs regime, whichever is lower.
