Does my van qualify for race van insurance?

BeMoto race van insurance is for privately owned vans or trucks used for social and leisure purposes, not motor caravans. If your V5 states "Motor Caravan," this coverage isn't suitable; a motorhome insurer would be more appropriate. To qualify, the van must carry a motorbike, track car, go-kart, or similar, have a GVW below 17.5 tonnes, no more than 6 seats, a maximum value of £40,000 (including fit-out costs), and be classified as a van on the V5. Examples include panel vans, MPVs, box vans, or specially fitted vehicles. The van should be a secondary vehicle, used for transporting race gear and not as a primary vehicle.
